Therapeutic Yoni Mapping FAQs

  • Only if and when you feel ready. This is a consent-based, client-led process. You’re in control at every step.

  • That’s actually really common — and part of the reason this work is so powerful. We meet you exactly where you are.

  • No. It’s for anyone wanting deeper connection with their body, sexuality, or feminine energy — with or without a history of trauma.

  • You might feel lighter, more grounded, emotional, or even more sensual. It’s deeply regulating and often brings surprising clarity. Expect the unexpected!

  • Not at all. It’s Better… This is slow, intuitive, somatic work — focused on presence, feeling, healing, and reconnection rather than clinical assessment.

  • This isn’t erotic touch, but because we’re working with sexual anatomy, it’s natural for pleasure to arise. If it does, it’s welcome — never judged or acted upon. We stay grounded, present, and connected to your intention for healing and reconnection.

  • We go at your pace, with constant communication and full consent. If you have pre-existing pain or tension, we’ll work gently and adapt the session to what feels safe and supportive for your body.

  • Yoni Mapping is for any adult woman ready to reconnect with her body — whether you’re in your 20s or post-menopause. Each life stage brings its own reasons for doing this work, from first exploring your sexuality to healing after birth, trauma, surgery, or simply years of disconnection.

Somatic Sex Coaching FAQs

  • Low libido, painful sex, communication blocks, lack of pleasure, shame, body confidence, orgasm difficulties, kink curiosity — and soooooo much more.

  • No. Coaching sessions are fully clothed, guided, and based in conversation and body-based exercises you do yourself. There is no touch of sexual anatomy at all.

  • While I primarily work with women and those who identify with feminine energy, I also offer coaching for couples seeking deeper connection and intimacy together. Each session is tailored to your unique needs.

  • Solo sessions are generally available for anyone aged 16 and over. For those under 16, I provide specialized sessions involving parents and children, focusing on age-appropriate education and support.

  • Yes — when taught properly and practiced with consistency, FAM is up to 99.6% effective. You’ll learn to track your fertile window with confidence.
